After a terrible hotel fire, we bite our nails as the staff is interrogated about their part in caring for a woman who died, although she was admitted with only minor burns. Everyone was to blame, in some way, as we see that Mrs. Becker was handed off from doctor to doctor, each one busy with more critical patients.

We watch in horror knowing that poor Mrs. Becker will be dead at the end of the hour. She tells the doctors she feels fine, and her injuries certainly can't compete with a teen who is screaming in pain from third-degree burns or a firefighter with an ax stuck in his chest!

ABC, can you please put up Episodes 6 and up? Most people are stuck at Episode 5 and can't keep up with the season because is not available. PLEASE!!!!

Ya, PLEASE ABC............... post the full episodes for the beginning of Season 6! I just got done watching the box set dvds of the first five seasons and I'm dying to catch up with my friends who watch the latest episode each week. I really don't want to skip the first ---what is it--- nine episodes or something of season six! It's so hard trying to tune out every preview on tv, walk away from every conversation about the show, and constantly turn the radio station, because I don't want anything to spoil the episodes I haven't watched yet. P L E A S E !!!

The Chief. It is completely absurd trying to merge two seperate hospitals together. the least he could do is give some method to the madness! He needs to make boundaries and new rules clear to everyone, and he needs to make sure the patients get the care they deserve.

that guy who is on the board. He is running the hospital basically. Making the chief fire people. The chief is fighting for his job just as much as everybody else. Until the board gets off his back, the hospital will not be able to run the same!

Ok i know this is suppost to be about last weeks episode but I'm writing about this weeks episode. I'd just like to say great job abc on bringing back the old Greys!! I had my doubts with this season because it got off to a very slow start but this last episode had me in tears a couple of times and had me wanting more which is the Grey that I love so thank you for a good episode hope next weeks is just as good if not better!!

THE WRITERS! I can't stand the new doctors- they're horrible!!! And I want Meredith and Derek back front and center. I don't care that Izzy's gone, but I want Meredith!!! The show is called GREY'S Anatomy after all. Thank goodness for Christina, Callie, Arizona and Mark! Lose the Mercy West doctors.

Richard is making the biggest mistakes. I originally thought he was just doing his job. But, he's turning out to be a horrible supervisor. Perhaps, he is drinking again and it's affecting his judgement... I don't think April made a big enough mistake to be fired. Richard should have stood his guns and backed her up... which he started to do... Izzy, indirectly, is making a big mistake. I don't know how more indirectly the show will go into it... but, I hope she's getting her cancer treatments from somewhere...

that's hard but i have to say april she just too much into alex and lizzie personal relationship to be a doctor she as so mulch time on her hand tellig alex to go see lizzie and she wasn't even there she just made the whole situtation bad by sending him up there now he's really mad and up set becasue lizzie missed her doctors app and she has cancer that made him feel like she doesn't care about her health or welther or not she dies becasue she missed her treatment so i dont' know i feel bad for alex

I don't like this new Grey's Anantomy. This isn't Greys at all. Where is the love, romance, excitment , and funny stuff that had us hanging on to the edge of our seats the first few seasons? now all we have are big heads, and down drama that we don't feel happy about. Too much change with George dying, Izz ,cancer, almost died, bad marriage, fired and then she just left??? Seriously??? Now the stupid merger? Really?? Come on. Sorry to say, but I no longer watch Grey's. I own seasons 1-4, so I"ll have to stay content with those ones, but as for the new stuff...this is NOT Grey's.

Yes, true. At least we get a Holiday episode. Season Four we had the Halloween episode, so it hasn't really been four whole years.

What do you think? I don't think they should get rid of Patrick Demsey character, he is to good of an actor and his character is to well devopted to not expand on.It is Kathreine H. that has been toying with her contract do some movies K.H. time to take a bow here. The torres character has lost my intrest, can her, she can only play the dumb roll not as a real actress.

The Chief is making the most mistakes, with Derek coming in second and Owen third. The Chief's mistakes are in management--he has not made his decision-making process transparent, he has not taken the time to reassure the staff he has chosen to remain by giving them support, re-establishing protocols and pecking orders, and bringing them back to the table as a newly-forged team. Derek is trying to make up for the Chief's lack of management, but he's going about it all wrong--his are mistakes in judgment. Derek has returned to his pre-Beth/pre-Archer arrogance, thinking his own counsel is best and, in the process, undermining the authority and the trust Richard has given him. It will bite him in the behind--when even the attendings "go rogue" and get away with it, the residents and interns have no rudder to guide them. Owen, on the other hand, has become too complacent. Grateful for his job--probably grateful for his sanity after his Iraq experience--he clearly sees the chaos and how it is adversely effecting those under him, but he isn't doing anything about it--not even guiding and teaching his own residents.

I hated the fact that the patients had the front seat to all of the arguing and inattention by the doctors and they didn't get a chance to say anything because the writers were too busy giving all the speaking parts to build the character's personalities. What patient in their right mind would have let any of them come near them with the way they were acting. I would have demanded to see someone in charge. I would never have felt safe that any of them were doing their job.

They are the worst doctors ever. Love the show, but the patient on the last episode would never have died...because there would have been a NURSE assigned to her, who would have caught on sooner and gotten her intubated. Your show would have a lot less physician errors, if you put some nurses in the hospital who do what we do best.....catch errors and save lives. We could use some recognition.

I think alot of them has made mistakes and the big one is the Chief. There is to many people and everyone is trying to out beat everybody. If people are assigned to one person they need to stay with that person. Plus there is so many people they shouldn't be pulling people off of the patients. It looks like there is about 20 people running around!

I think the Chief has been a real jerk lately. I think Alex screwed up a lot too, because of his concern for Izzie, but he shouldn't get fired over it. He did end up doing what he need to do to save lives in the end.

I think Alex made the most mistakes Izzie was his first priority and the patients weren't he spent most of his time on the phone and didn't finish doing the doctor that gotten hurt stitches he was pale and shaky he should of been less concerned about Izzie and more about the patients I also think the chief too he should be montioring the hospital and the doctors since there's tons of chaos and all the doctors have patients to take care of and can't be worried about what's happening he should make a more organized system instead of the one he's been using

The Chief,and Hunt.I actually thought Cristina would have the guts to say it to the Chief and the others-NONE of this would have happened if Hunt had not decided to try the Zone thing instead of assigning patients to doctors and making ONE doctor responsible for ANY given patient!

Didn't like the episode. I saw the mistake right off the bat like everyone else. I do not like the new doctors and I think they take away from the show. This is one of my favorite shows and I am sorry to say it is slowly loosing me.

One of the best episodes ever! Who directed that one?! It was brilliantly written, filmed, directed AND edited! Great storyline, and realistic as to human and situational weaknesses under extreme conditons. The hour developed like a oil painting -- from blank canvas to the final picture. Loved the replays from different perspectives. This show told much more than the usual relationships of the characters' . It wove them all together into a huge mosaic - a combination character of SGH as a working entity - different from just the sum of it's parts. And Christine was probably right - none of them was perfect, but most of them were lucky - which is how Life often is. As doctors, the characters all learned from the mistakes of all the others as well as themselves, and they will be better doctors for it down the road. This episode was awesome!!!
