This is the best tv show I have ever seen by a long shot. I have never been so energized and excited about a show before. This show is brilliant. I love the current political issues brought forth. I even sat through every commercial so that I would not miss anything.

I want to start of by saying that the TV show so far is really good.I haven't ever been captivated by a show like I am right now with V. However, I have to say that ABC should make the latest episode available here at there sight immediately after they air. I had missed the latest episode and logged on here to there to try and watch it but it was not on. I had to watch it of utube. The quality really sucked on utube so next time I may not even attempt to watch it if its not here on their site. Sadly if I miss a show I'm sure that would spoil the whole thing for me and that would mean I would probably stop watching the whole thing, so in summery " ABC please make the latest showing of "V" available here on your site. Or you will risk loosing some of your biggest fans".

This V has done to the original campy V what the new Battlestar Galactica did to its predecessor--give it a real social commentary on our own current affairs and make the science more believable. I like the way the V's make promises like universal healthcare and "peace always" while having their very own secret evil agenda. The parallel to the current U.S. government will be complete if Anna wins the Nobel Peace Prize. It's interesting that we will have to wait a few months for the fifth episode--the Roman numeral for episode five being V.

Totally cool! However, I'm trying to figure out how the guy in the wheelchair made it up the steps to the church in the beginning of the episode...there wasn't a ramp. V intervention maybe?

Hello. I am from Spain, and I make the web of spanish fans of the "V" ( www.v-spain.ya.st ) but with nick "MikeDonovan23". In Spain there are opinions of all kinds, detractors because the pilot goes very rapidly and the people in favor, because it is spectacular and necessary that the identity of " The Visitors " is revealed, because they were already between us. I have had opportunity to see it thanks to Internet and with spanish subtitles, but in Spain we will see the 4 first chapters, in Spanish, from December 27 for the channel deprived of television " TNT ". And you can see that this channel has done 3 videos, where the new Visitors, land in Spanish cities. You can see this looking in YouTube, the above mentioned channel: "canaltnt" or looking " V: prepárate para la invasión ". They are good, very good. I remember watching the original 1983 version. I really like this new version, so please don't cancel it.

It looks like Elizabeth Mitchell was destined to star in this series...her name on Lost was Juliet, and now she is playing the role of the original "Julie" in the old V series....AND her real name is Elizabeth, the name of the crossbreed character on the original V series. Just an observation...

The theme song sucks. Some kind of dying organ music. The commercials get you amped with the 'Uprising' song from Muse. Seems like you're trying to save a few bucks in royalties and hired a guy to play a couple notes on the organ instead and call that your theme song. Commercials are great - stick with that music. Work it in. I think it's what the show is missing.

Glad to see the show but its plot is way too predictable. Humans and aliens so unevenly matched. The underdog thing is such a boring safe plot mechanism. How about giving humanity something over the aliens-- match the two more closely; mix it up. That way when there is an enounter, you won't know who will come out on top. Now, its the aliens win, week after week. We all know is a slow build to human victory. So predictable.

Tonight they said one more episode of V for 2009? Is that it? I hate when they do that, when or will it return?

Hello... I thought that they moved a little quick into people finding out that they are reptiles... I thought that they would be a little slower to that point. Jumping weeks of time didn't make a lot of sense. I'm hoping that the future episodes will give the audience more of a chance to enjoy it for a little while. All that they offer would be an incredible situation to be in... Even if in the end they are out to eat us. At least as an audience we would have had a chance to build some of our own devotion to the Visitors.

I think there should be a simple way for the resistance to discover who is a reptile. I propose a simple infrared scanning thermometer. The invaders must have a core body temperature different than humans. You could scan someone from a distance with one of these and identify an alien immediately. Or you could check their rectal temperature if you found them sleeping soundly.

I find it fascinating tht a remake of V is coming back. The cast is incredible and well known. I also appreciated the fact that the SYFY channel showed the old version so people can see the likes and differences of the show 2 get a better understanding. it also came out on TV instead of @ the movies like Miami Vice and Starsky and Hutch. Also, if u seen the older version, Robert Englund aka Freddy Kruger was in it. My ma had such a crush on him then.

Well for starters where all the hot alien babes? TV 14 right? Instead of changing wardrobe how about changing the body just for starters? High Tec I don’t think so looks like Logans Run to me, Alien show up with a knife to a gun fight and kicks but only on ABC. The FBI agent is the only thing keeping this going for now. I think I saw the strings on the floating orb with no HD video. Please go to the hobby store get some. Advertisers should love this series because I could hardly wait for a commercial to see something entertaining.

Well, for crying out loud. Not only does ABC's stupid player not work. But, it seems, their stupid commentary doesn't work either. Unless, the comment I left just moments ago is hiding out there in comment-board-land somewhere because, I certainly can't see it. This crap is just too agitating and frustrating to mess with and, ABC can shove their new video player, their commentary and, their ridiculous programming. Hell, I don't even watch ABC except for, maybe, 0.2% of the time on television. And, this frustrating crap certainly isn't helping. I'll stick with CBS which plays way more quality programs and, their website even works and I can actually watch videos through their website. So, ABC, stuff it where the sun doesn't shine.

I watched the old V on syfy. This V has that premise, but it also contains a little BSG mixed in with an old Roy Thinnes series (I forget the name) about alien invaders who look like us. Thought this new V has potential. Time will tell.

I can't find a place to ask the question "Where on this www.abc.go.com site is the second episode of the show V?" If we miss one how soon can we watch on the website? or is it only the pilot that we will be able to watch?

The social commentary feature is cool and groundbreaking -- you guys are really on to something.
